Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided through rentalcargoa.in. By making a booking through our website, you agree to the following terms.

1. Rental Duration

The rental period follows a 24-hour cycle starting from 09:00 AM to 09:00 AM the next day. Any extension beyond 09:30 AM will incur an additional full-day charge.

2. Late Night Pickup or Drop

Pickup or drop-off between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM may incur an additional charge of Rs.300 payable by the hirer.

3. Minimum Rental Period

A minimum rental duration of three (3) days is required for all bookings.

4. Delivery and Pickup Charges

Driver fees for vehicle delivery and pickup depend on the location requested by the hirer.

5. Airport Parking and Toll Charges

Any parking fees or toll charges at the airport or other locations must be borne by the hirer.

6. Driving License Requirement

The hirer must possess a valid Indian Driving License with at least two years of driving experience. International travelers must provide a valid International Driving Permit along with their license.

7. Payment Terms

Advance payment is required to confirm the booking. The remaining rental amount must be paid at the time of vehicle delivery. Vehicle keys will only be handed over after full payment is completed.

8. Identity Proof

The hirer must provide an original government issued ID such as Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, or Driving License for verification purposes.

9. Fuel Policy

The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as at the time of delivery. Fuel shortages may be deducted from the security deposit. Excess fuel will not be refunded.

10. Usage Area

Vehicles are permitted for use only within the state of Goa. Traveling outside Goa requires prior approval. Unauthorized outstation travel may result in deduction of the security deposit.

11. Off-Road Driving

Vehicles are strictly meant for on-road usage. Off-road driving is not permitted.

12. Vehicle Damage

The hirer is responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during the rental period.

13. Customer Guidelines

• Seat belts must be worn at all times.
• Alcohol consumption, smoking, or illegal activities inside the vehicle are prohibited.
• Abusive or disruptive behavior may lead to service termination.

14. Parking Responsibility

Vehicles must be parked only in designated areas. Any parking fines or penalties will be the responsibility of the hirer.

15. Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit may be required depending on the vehicle category and will be refunded after safe return of the vehicle.

16. Traffic Fines

All traffic fines, challans, or penalties during the rental period are the hirer’s responsibility.

17. Vehicle Condition Documentation

Customers are encouraged to capture photos or videos of the vehicle during pickup and return to ensure transparency.

18. Booking Modifications

Any changes or extensions to the booking must be communicated to our support team in advance. Additional charges may apply.

19. Vehicle Images

Vehicle images displayed on the website are for reference purposes only. Actual features may vary depending on availability.

20. Replacement Vehicle

A replacement vehicle will be provided only if the booked vehicle becomes non-drivable due to mechanical issues.

21. Platform Role

Rental Car Goa operates as a booking platform connecting customers with local vehicle providers. Disputes between hirers and vehicle providers must be resolved directly.

22. Cancellation Policy

Bookings are confirmed once payment is received and confirmation is provided. Cancellation charges may apply depending on the timing of cancellation.

23. Booking Accuracy

Customers must provide accurate booking details. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused due to incorrect information.

24. Liability Disclaimer

Rental Car Goa shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service usage.

25. Taxation

Prices listed may be subject to applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) in accordance with Indian taxation laws.

26. Updates to Terms

These Terms and Conditions may be updated periodically. Continued use of the service indicates acceptance of updated terms.
