At RentalCarGoa, we aim to keep the booking process simple and transparent. This policy explains how refunds are handled for bookings made on rentalcargoa.in.
All bookings require an advance payment to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid at the time of vehicle pickup. The advance amount reserves the vehicle for your selected dates and prevents double bookings.
If the customer does not arrive at the pickup location at the scheduled time and does not inform us in advance, the booking will be treated as a no-show and the advance payment will not be refunded.
If the booked vehicle becomes unavailable due to mechanical issues, accidents, or other unforeseen circumstances, RentalCarGoa will either provide a similar replacement vehicle or issue a full refund of the advance payment.
Approved refunds are processed instantly to the original payment method used during booking. The time for the amount to reflect in the customer’s account depends on the bank or payment provider.
Changes to booking dates or times are allowed up to 48 hours before pickup, subject to vehicle availability.
