What documents are required to rent a car?
A valid Driving License (we check) and a government ID (we keep) such as Aadhaar Card or Voter ID are required at the time of vehicle pickup.
Is fuel included in the rental price?
No. Fuel is not included. The vehicle will be provided with a certain fuel level and must be returned with the same level.
Are there any hidden charges?
No. There are no hidden charges. The price shown during booking is the price you pay for the rental.
Who pays for fuel and parking charges?
Fuel, parking charges, tolls, and any traffic fines during the rental period are the responsibility of the customer.
Do you provide cars with a driver?
No. We only provide self-drive cars. Driver service is not available.
Is a security deposit required?
Yes. A refundable security deposit is required at the time of vehicle pickup. The amount depends on the car model.
When will the security deposit be refunded?
The security deposit is refunded instantly during vehicle return after a quick inspection of the car.
What is the minimum age to rent a car?
The minimum age required to rent a car is typically 21 years with a valid driving license.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes. Cancellations are allowed. Refund eligibility depends on how early the booking is cancelled before the pickup time.
How do I confirm my booking?
Your booking is confirmed once the advance payment is successfully completed through the website.
Where will I receive the pickup details?
After booking confirmation, the vehicle provider’s contact details and pickup instructions will be shared with you.
What happens if the vehicle breaks down?
In case of a mechanical issue, the vehicle provider will assist you and arrange a replacement vehicle if available.
Are the cars well maintained?
Yes. All cars go through a quality check before delivery to ensure they are safe and properly maintained.
Are the cars cleaned before delivery?
Yes. Every vehicle is cleaned with an inside and outside wash before delivery.
Can I extend my rental period?
Yes. Extensions are possible depending on vehicle availability. You must inform the vehicle provider at least 48 hours before your return time.
Do you provide support during the trip?
Yes. Our team provides 24×7 support during your rental if you need any assistance.
Will the car be delivered on time?
Yes. We focus on timely delivery and return of vehicles. No delays, no excuses.
